Return your order

Do you want to return (part of) your order? This is possible within 14 days of purchase, if the seal of the product is still intact. Before returning your order, we would like to know from you so that we know that we can expect a return. To do this, send a message to info@coronalab.eu stating which product(s) you are returning, your reason for return and the name under which you made your purchase so that we know what to expect in return.

Then send the products (preferably in original packaging, otherwise in comparable, sturdy packaging) including (a copy of) your packing slip with ‘return’ written on it to the address below:

What amount will you get back exactly?

When your return has been received by us, we first check whether the seal of the product is still intact. If so, you will be refunded the cost of the product. The shipping costs of the order will also be returned to you, provided you have returned your entire order. If you return part of your order, the shipping costs of your order will not be refunded. Return costs are also not reimbursed.
